So busy with life...

I've been so busy with life and getting through day to day stuff, that I haven't been able to post anything new lately.  I have worked on some stuff though.... really I have.

For a friend who just had a baby boy... I LOVE this one!

Just a baby card... didn't love how this one turned out. Might just toss it.

My mom and dad's anniversary was this past Tuesday.  I hate making them cards, 'cause I can NEVER get it just right...  very frustrating.  And this background paper.. I LOVE it, but cannot seem to do much with it.  It's from one of those mat stacks from DCWV and all of the papers from this stack look like beautiful old wallpaper. It's really pretty but I struggle matching stuff to it.

This one I CASEd from someone... but I didn't have the Tulip Frame for embossing the outside edges.  I think it looks a little too plain without that frame.

I LOVE this one. I love the colors, I love the simplicity. 
The butterflies are silver (from a ratty-looking giftbag that was heading to the garbage) and vellum. 



Another case that I really like.  Love the colors, not overdone. 
The cream part is the only part that actually opens.  Very nice.



Another CASE.  I think this one turned out very nice. 
It would be lovely done in an array of colors.

I love the Concord Grape and Kraft (or Crumb Cake) combo. Very nice.

This was my first try at the Faux Tile technique.
I think it turned out very well.

This one was using a WRAKd image. Just something different.
Unfortunately, I didn't get the placement on the sentiment very good,
but it's still useable.

So, those are the cards I've done lately.  I've done some sewing, but not much. Between visiting family, friends and the ER and life in general... it's just been too busy for crafting too much.
